Use this form to register for the WTMC Autumn Workshop 2026

Please note:

• Registering for the Autumn workshop via this form is not yet a confirmation of participation. Within 14 working days after the 12th of October you will receive an e-mail advising you if you can follow the Autumn workshop. Priority is given to PhD students following the full WTMC training program.
• The Autumn workshop will take place at Study and Conference Centre Soeterbeeck on 23 and 24 November and is preceded by site visits to relevant locations. Participants can indicate their preference in the registration form below.

Costs:
The Autumn workshop is open to PhDs and Postdocs.

• PhDs following the full WTMC training program: free (included in the program)
• PhDs and Postdocs who follow their trajectory at an organization that is an institutional member of WTMC: 1500 EUR
• Others: 1800 EUR
• The costs are including accommodation and meals for the duration of the workshop.
• Upon acceptance, external participants will receive an invoice or payment link. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.

Please note that WTMC PhD students who follow the full training program are required to give a presentation once during their trajectory, please decide whether this workshop is the best moment for your presentation. Other participants can, but do not have to, give a presentation.
